摘　　要：目的:研究慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆Apelin水平的变化及其与PDCD5抗体和血压的关系。方法:用酶联免疫法检测40例CHF患者和20例健康对照者血浆Apelin和PDCD5抗体水平。结果:①心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者血浆Apelin水平较对照组降低,心功能Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者血浆Apelin水平均较心功能Ⅱ级组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05);②CHF患者中高血压亚组血浆Apelin水平低于非高血压亚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05);③CHF患者中血浆PDCD5抗体水平随心功能级别升高而升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论:CHF患者血浆Apelin、PDCD5抗体水平随心功能不同而改变。Objective：To observe the changes of plasma Apelin and its correlation with PDCD5 antibody or blood pressure in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）.Methods：The levels of plasma Apelin and PDCD5 antibody from 40 CHF patients and 20 healthy subjects were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results：①The level of plasma Apelin in CHF patients with NYHAⅡ~Ⅳ is lower than that in control group, and it was also lower in CHF patients with NYHA Ⅲ~Ⅳ than that in CHF patients with NYHAⅡ （P0.05）; ②The level of Apelin in CHF patients with essential hypertension（EH） is lower than that in CHF patients without EH （P0.05）; ③The level of Apelin was negatively correlated with PDCD5 antibody in CHF patients （P0.05）.Conclusion：The detection of the plasma Apelin might be useful in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure.
