摘 要:采用明胶和甘油为连续相制备了不同铁粉含量的磁流变胶,用流变仪测试了其零场黏度、静态屈服应力、流动剪切应力和储能模量。结果表明:随铁粉含量的增多,磁流变胶的零场黏度增大,加剧了剪切致稀现象;铁粉含量与静态屈服应力和流动剪切应力成正比线性关系;铁粉含量可显著提高磁流变胶的储能模量,扩大其线性粘弹区域。Using glutin and glycerine as continuous phases,magnetorhological gels(MRGs) with various iron powder contents were prepared.The properties of off-state viscosity,static yield stress,flow shear stress of the MRGs and storage modulus were investigated by rheometer.The results show that the off-state viscosity of the MRGs was significantly enhanced with the increase of the iron powder content.And the phenomenon of shear was aggravated.The static yield stress and flow shear stress increased as a linear function of iron powder content.Iron powder content significantly increased the storage modulus and expanded the linear viscoelastic area.
