摘  要:通过共沉淀法获得包覆式Al_2O_3-Y_2O_3/ZrB_2复合粉体,对其进行放电等离子烧结制备相应的复相陶瓷,并对不同YAG(钇铝石榴石)、Al_2O_3含量的复相陶瓷进行了氧化试验,用SEM、XRD和电子探针等研究了YAG、Al_2O_3对ZrB_2陶瓷抗氧化性的影响。结果表明:制备的各种复相陶瓷和纯ZrB_2陶瓷相比,在相同氧化条件下表面的氧化层厚度都有所变薄,YAG、Al_2O_3的加入可以改善ZrB_2陶瓷的抗氧化性能;在相同氧化条件下,Al_2O_3含量越多,氧化层厚度越小;在高温条件下,复相陶瓷氧化层中均存在ZrO_2、B_2O_3和Al_(18)B_4O_(33)相,Al_2O_3含量越多,Al_(18)B_4O_(33)相也越多。The ZrB_2 coated with Al_2O_3-Y_2O_3 composite powders were obtained by co-precipitation method. The composite ceramics were prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS) technique.Oxidation tests of the composite ceramics with different YAG(yttrim aluminum garnet) and Al_2O_3 contents were performed.The effects of YAG and Al_2O_3 on oxidation resistance of the ZrB_2 ceramics were analyzed by using SEM,XRD and EPMA.The results show that the oxide layer thickness of ZrB_2 ceramics added with YAG Al_2O_3 decreased compared to pure ZrB_2 ceramics under the same oxidized conditions.YAG and Al_2O_3 could improve the oxidation resistance of ZrB_2 ceramics.The more the Al_2O_3 content,the thinner the oxide layer thickness.Under high temperature condition the oxide layers on the composite ceramics were composed of ZrO_2,B_2O_3 and Al_(18)B_4O_(33) phase.The more the Al_2O_3 content,the more the Al_(18)B_4O_(33) phase.
