摘　　要：目的:总结探讨MEBO治疗面部烧伤患者的护理经验。方法:对3年来本科收住院的120例面部烧伤患者采用皮肤再生医疗技术和美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBT/MEBO)治疗,并做好基础护理、心理护理、创面护理、五官特殊护理以及出院指导。结果:120例患者,119例痊愈,1例中途转院,愈后无瘢痕形成及容貌改变,治愈率99.2%。结论:严格遵循MEBT/MEBO的操作规程是保证创面正常愈合的关键;良好的医疗环境和有效的护理措施是加快创面愈合的前提;做好心理护理,取得患者的信任是做好护理工作的保证。Objective： To summarize nursing experience to treat facial bum with MEBO. Method： 120 facial bum patients admitted in last 3 years were treated with MEBT/MEBO. At the same time, basis nursing, psychological nursing, wound nursing, facial special nursing and discharge guide were conducted as well. Results： Of the 120 patients, 119 cases healed with no scar formation and no appearance change. The only one case transferred to other hospital in the midway of the treatment. The cure rate was 99. 2%. Conclusion： Standardized application of MEBT/MEBO is a key point to ensure wound healing. Good medical environment and effective nursing measures are prerequisite to accelerate wound healing. Targeted psychological nursing and obtaining patient＇s trust are an assurance of nursing well.
