摘　　要：本文通过对淮南矿务局张集矿煤层瓦斯赋存情况和帷幕注浆对排放瓦斯影响的分析，研究制定了立井掘凿安全揭煤措施，取得了安全揭煤的效果。This paper, by making an anlysis of the Coal-bed methane existed condition in Zhangji Mine of Huainan Coal Mine Administration and the influence of the curtaingrouting on the discharging of methane, has studied and worked out the safe coal-openning measures by sinking the vertical well,which has received a good safe coal-opnning result.
