摘 要:对攀西地区太和铁矿所产的钒钛磁铁精矿,采用冷固球团直接还原—磨矿磁选的新流程成功实现了Fe/V、Ti的有效分离。还原前铁精矿品位为TFe52.47%,TiO213.42%,V2O50.595%,经还原—分选后,磁性产物品位为TFe91.25%(ηFe98.63%)、TiO24.21%,V2O50.22%,铁回收率为92.24%,经压团后可作为电炉炼钢的优质炉料;非磁性物品位TFe16.35%、TiO245.74%、V2O51.94%,V2O5及TiO2回收率分别为82.65%和80.88%,可作为提钒钛的优质原料或直接作为钛精矿销售,钒钛回收率分别比传统长流程提高18%和80%。实现Fe/V、Ti有效分离的关键在于采用冷固球团直接还原专利技术及球团内添加高效添加剂。The innovative process for separation of iron from vanadium and titanium in vanadium bearing titanomagnetite concentrate has been developed successfully,which consists of direct reduction of cold bound pellets from the concentrate and magnetic separation of metallized pellets. The concentrate before direct reduction contains 52.57%TFe、13.42%TiO 2 and 0.595%V 2O 5. By the innovative process of direct reduction magnetic separation,the grades of magnetic product are 91.24% TFe (metallization 98.63%)、4.20% TiO 2 and 0.22% V 2O 5,the recovery of iron is 92.2%,which can be briquitted as the high grade charge for steelmaking by electric furnace;the tailings containing 45.74% TiO 2、1.94V 2O 5 and 16.35% TFe were obtained, the recoveries of 80.88% and 82.56% for V 2O 5 and TiO 2 were achieved respectively,which can be used as the raw materical for the extraction of V 2O 5 and TiO 2 or directly sold as titanium bearing concentrate.The recoveries of TiO 2 and V 2O 5 are 18% and 80% higher than that by the traditional long flowsheet sintering blast furnace converting furnace and other experiment results.The key technology for separation of Fe from TiO 2 and V 2O 5 is dependant upon the patented process direct reduction of cold bound pellets and the high effective additives embeded in the cold bound pellets.
