利用煤矸石研制锦光墙地砖

摘　　要：通过分析煤矸石的化学组成、矿物组成及其工艺性能，认为当新鲜煤矸石、自燃煤矸石所含铁、硫、有机质等对建陶制品有害物质不太多，且属于粘土质煤矸石时，可分别作为瓷质坯体墙地砖的塑性原料和半可塑性原料．结合坯体配方实验，得出了煤矸石的合理用量范围．By analyzing the chemical, mineral composition and technical property of coal gangue, it is proved that when its ferric, sulphurous and organic substances which are harmful to pottery are small in quantity, the fresh gangue as well as spontaneous burned gangue belonging to clay in composition can be used respectively as plastic and half plastic material for porcelain tile. By combining it with the experiment of the formula of base, proper amount of raw material to be used for porcelain are given.
