摘 要:由于超临界直流锅炉对象特性复杂、控制回路间相互耦合,导致实现给水全程控制难度较大。把机组整个给水过程分为干态模式和湿态模式给水2个阶段,分别采用相应的控制方案。干态模式用分离器出口焓值校正给水流量指令;湿态模式用最小流量来维持给水流量。同时,合理采用了前馈、变参数、变结构以及解耦等控制技术,来改善调节品质。通过现场调试和实际运行表明,焓值能很好地反映燃水比的变化,用焓值校正给水流量对维持过热汽温非常效果比较好。Due to the complexity of object characteristics and the intercoupling of control loops,it is very difficult to realize the control of full range feedwater.The whole feedwater process is divided into two stages of dry model and wet model in the paper,and designed respectively the control method.The enthalpy of Startup separator outlet adjusts the feedwater flow instruction in the dry model stage.Minimum feedwater flow value is considered to be the instruction of feedwater in the other stage.Furthermore,control quality is improved by properly using feedforward,varying parameter,varying structure,decoupling etc control technology.Sit commissioning and operation indicate enthalpy can reflect well changes of water-fuel ratio and it has favorable control performance in maintaining superheated steam temperature.
