摘　　要：分析研究了华北某电厂150MW循环流化床锅炉机组煤质特性及运行参数等机组主要指标,指出影响该厂CFB锅炉煤耗增加的主要原因是煤质、运行工况和汽轮机的真空严密性,针对煤耗增加的原因提出了相应得降低煤耗的措施,为该厂进一步节约煤炭,提高机组热经济性提供参考依据和操作指导。The coal properties and operation parameters are investigated for 150 MW circulating fluidized bed（CFB）boiler of a power plant in North China.The main reasons of coal consumption increased are coal quality,operation parameters and the vacuum of a turbine,and some transforming measures were proposed.This paper is also a reference for coal consumption decreasing and economical operation.
