循环流化床锅炉事故停炉原因分析及解决方法

摘　　要：针对国电辽宁节能环保开发有限公司Ⅲ期扩建机组的2台循环流化床锅炉,投产后多次发生事故停炉,严重影响锅炉安全运行并且使运行成本明显上升。通过对事故的分析,找出了事故发生的原因,是施工质量、设计、安装、运行等过程存在不合理因素。我们找出这些不合理因素的一些规律,采用相应的措施后,使该问题基本上得到解决。Aimed at two extend circulating fluid bed boilers of China guodian corporation Liao ning energy conservation and environmental protection development Co Ltd III pjrase,the accident leaded to shutdown happened many times after being put into operation,seriously affecting safe operation of boiler operating costs and to make a cost increase.Through the analysis of the accident to identify the cause of accident,we have identified a number of unreasonable factors such as construction quality,design,installation,operation.After found such unreasonable laws,we adopt corresponding measures,so that the problem is basically resolved.
