摘 要:以DPB-550/150-I型中国矿业大学低频拖动系统为基础,应用智能控制策略,实现了交流提升机的速度控制,得到了较好的恒减速控制性能,解决了矿井交流提升机在减速段和爬行段的速度控制性能较差以及在负载变动时,很难实现恒减速的问题.Based on low frequency drive system of the DPB550/150 Ⅱ type an intelligent control strategy applied to the speed control of AC mine hoist is described and a satisfactory control performance is obtained. Some problems, such as unsatisfactory control performance of AC coal mine hoist in deceleration and low speed drive period, and the difficulty of obtaining the constant deceleration during changing load, are solved. A developed control system is put in operation successfully on the main shaft hoist of Longdong Coal Mine.
