摘　　要：员工信息管理是企业管理的重要方面。企业管理的信息化是时代发展的需要。通过采用面向对象的思想,使用B/S模式的三层体系结构和C#开发语言。实现了职位管理、角色管理、考勤管理和消息管理四个模块。具体实现时,系统增加了一些人性化的功能,如系统日历、系统提示消息等。通过测试,系统拥有良好的健壮性和可扩充性,性能稳定。The staff information management is an important aspect of the management in-company.The information of the company management is the need for the development of times.Through adopting thinking of object-oriented,the three-tier of B/S mode and the C# programming language are chosen.The position management,the role management,the checking attendance management and the message management are realized.During the implement of the system,some humanity functions are appended,such as the system calendar,the system prompt message and so on.Though testing,the system has excellence robustness,expandability and stability.
