摘　　要：对预研基金绩效进行评价已成为预研基金管理的一个紧迫任务。论文将科学计量学方法引入到预研基金绩效评价中,构建了合理的预研基金绩效评价框架,明确其需求、可行性及过程。It＇s a very pressing task for management of the pre-research foundation to evaluate its achievements and effects.The paper uses the scientometrics method to construct reasonable frame for evaluation of pre-research foundation＇s achievements and effects,and ascertains its requirements,feasibility and process.
