摘　　要：目的了解流动人口女青年保护性性行为和非意愿性行为状况。方法采用立意抽样,于2008-08/10,用自行设计的调查问卷对青岛市6个行政区中10个工厂,年龄在18～29岁之间的未婚和已婚流动人口进行调查。每个工厂各调查已婚和未婚流动人口女青年各150人,10个现场共计约3000人。结果 3521名女性流动人口接受调查。过去6个月中,已婚者中有92.2%(1689/1831)有性生活,未婚者中有11.4%有性生活(193/1690)。过去6个月中,未婚者使用现代避孕药具的比例(63.2%),坚持使用避孕药具的比例(53.6%),以及坚持使用避孕套(47.2%)的比例均低于已婚者中使用现代避孕药具的比例(81.1%),坚持使用避孕药具的比例(74.8%)以及坚持使用避孕套的比例(60.2%)(χ21=25.958,χ22=29.866,χ23=9.593,P<0.05)。37.4%的已婚者和25.0%的未婚者认为"夫妻之间存在强奸问题"(χ2=338.341,P<0.05)。过去6个月中,未婚者发生非意愿性行为的比例(31.1%)较已婚者(22.7%)高(χ2=6.842,P<0.05)。结论未婚者中有效保护性性行为的比例较已婚者比例低;未婚者较已婚者更缺乏避免非意愿性行为意识;未婚者发生非意愿性行为比例高于已婚者。Objective To know the prevalence of protected sexual behavior and the unwanted sexual behavior among the young females in floating population.MethodsThe young females in floating population aged 18-29 years in 10 factories in 6 districts in Qingdao were surveyed from August to October 2008 by un-random sample method and with self-administrated and interviewer administrated questionnaires,and 150 married and unmarried females in each factory were included in the survey respectively.ResultsA total of 3 521 eligible females were surveyed,1831 were married （52.0%） and 1690 were unmarried （48.0%）.92.2% （1689/1831）of the married and 11.4%（193/1690）of the unmarried had sexual intercourse in the past 6 months.The rate of the modern contraceptive （device） use （63.2%）,the rate of the persistent contraceptive （device） use（53.6%） and the rate of the persistent condom use（47.2%）in the unmarried were lower than the rate of the modern contraceptive （device） use （81.1%）,the rate of the persistent contraceptive （device） use （74.8%） and the rate of persistent condom use （60.2%）in the married in the past 6 months（χ21=25.958,χ22=29.866,χ23=9.593,P0.05）.In addition,37.4% of the married and 25.0% of the unmarried believed that rape could happen between a couple （ χ2=338.341,P0.05）.The proportion of unwanted sexual behavior among the unmarried（31.1%）was higher than that in the married （22.7%）（χ2=6.842,P0.05）.ConclusionThe rate of protected sexual behavior among the unmarried was lower than that among the married,the awareness to avoid unwanted sexual behavior of the unmarried was weaker than that of the married and the rate of unwanted sexual behavior among the unmarried was higher than that among the married.
