摘　　要：[目的]探讨大学生体脂分布与丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）相关性.[方法]采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,选取秦皇岛市两所大学789名在校大学生（男性 369例,女性 420例）作为研究对象,测量身高、体重、腰围（WC）,计算体重指数（BMI）,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）.[结果]大学生ALT升高检出率为9.8%,男性检出率高于女性（16.3% vs 4.0%,P=0.000）.ALT升高组BMI和WC升高检出率均高于ALT正常组（P〈0.001）.Logistic回归分析显示,单纯BMI升高者ALT升高检出率是BMI和WC均正常者的 4.252倍,而单纯WC升高者达到 10.570倍,在BMI和WC均升高者达到最高14.141倍.[结论]秦皇岛市大学生ALT升高检出率较高.ALT升高与体脂分布密切相关.[Objective]To explore the relationship between body fat distribution and alanine aminotransferase（ALT） in college students. [Methods] A total of 789 subjects （369 men and 420 women） were enrolled by using a cluster-stratified sampling method from two colleges in Qinhuangdao. Measurements included height, weight, waist circumference（WC） and ALT. [Results]The frequency of elevated ALT was 9. 8%. Men had a significantly higher frequency of elevated ALT than women（16.3% vs 4.0%, P =0. 000）. Subjects with elevated ALT had significantly higher levels of body mass index（BMI） and WC than subjects with normal ALT （ P （ 0. 001）. In logistic regression analysis, the frequency of elevated ALT among subjects with elevated BMI and WC was 14. 141 （95%CI： 7. 730 - 25. 871, P = 0. 000） times compared with subjects with normal BMI and WC, and that among subjects with elevated BMI and normal WC was 4. 252（95%CI： 1. 902- 9. 503, P = 0. 000） times, and that among subjects with normal BMI and elevated WC was 10. 570（95 CI.. 2. 548-43. 853, P = 0. 001） times. [Conclusion] The frequency of elevated ALT is higher in college students in Qinhuangdao. Body fat distribution is closely related with elevated ALT in college students.
