优泌乐25和优泌林70／30对口服药物继发失效的2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察优泌乐25和优泌林70/30治疗2型糖尿病的疗效.[方法]80例口服药继发失效的2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者,随机分成2组（各40例）分别给予优泌林70/30和优泌乐25治疗12周,比较两组的疗效.[结果]两组空腹血糖（FPG）、平均餐后2小时血糖（2hPG）较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.01）,优泌乐组2hPG下降较优泌林70/30下降更为显著（P〈0.05）.[结论]优泌乐25能更加有效地控制餐后血糖,减少低血糖发生.[Objective] To assess the efficacy of Humalog 75/25 and Humulin 70/30 in the treatment to type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM）. [Methods] A total of 80 patients with type 2 DM after secondary failure to oral hypoglycaemic agents were randomized to Humalog 75/25 group（ n = 40） and Humulin 70/30 group（ n = 40）. After 12 weeks of treatment, the effects were compared between two groups. [Results] The levels of fasting plasma glucose （FPG） and the average 2-hour postprandial blood glucose （2hPG） after treatment were signifi- cantly lower than before treatment （ P 〈0.01）. The decrease in Humalog 75/25 group was more significant than that in Humulin 70/30 group. [Conclusion] Humalog 75/25 for controlling postprandial blood glucose and reducing the occurrence of hypoglycemia is more effective than Humulin 70/30.
