摘　　要：以电信运营商为核心,联合内容提供商与应用服务商、网络设备提供商、运营支撑平台服务提供商、系统集成商以及终端设备提供商的电信产业链将是3G时代电信运营市场竞争中的主体。文章从分析3G业务价值链结构出发,探讨3G业务价值链运营模式,并提出强化竞争力的关键运营问题。文章给目前经营3G业务的各大运营商提供了业务运营模式调整的参考依据。The telecom industry chain, which takes the telecom operators as the core and combines with content providers, application service providers, network equipment providers, operational support platform service providers, system integrators and terminal equipment providers, will be the principal part in the market competiticn of telecom operation in the 3G era. Based on the analysis of 3G service value chain structure, this paper discusses the operation model of 3G service value chain and puts forward the key operational problems of strengthening competitiveness. It provides a reference for the major 3G operators to adjust the business operation models.
