摘　　要：随着计算机技术的不断发展,U盘、MP3/MP4、移动硬盘、数码相机等USB存储设备迅速普及。这些USB存储设备为人们的工作和生活带来了极大的便利,方便了人们的信息存储和信息交流,但随之带来的一个非常显著的问题就是:如何保证这些USB存储设备的安全。因此迫切需要开发USB存储设备病毒防御及监控管理程序,提供一种预防U盘安全隐患的技术手段,对U盘进行有效的管理。文章将对主动防御U盘病毒感染目标计算机、防御计算机将病毒传播给U盘的方法以及对U盘的实时监控所涉及到的技术、原理及实现进行详细探讨,最后设计了一个基于VB.NET实现的USB存储设备监控管理程序。With the continuous development of computer technology, U disks, MP3/MP4, mobile hard disks, digital cameras and other USB storage devices spread like wildfire. These USB storage devices facilitate information storage and exchange, so they brirg great convenience for people＇s work and life. But the spread of these USB storage devices is followed by a very significant question, that is, how to ensure the safety of them. So, there is an urgent need to develop a program to defense and monitor the virus in a USB storage device, providing a technological means to prevent the U disk security risks and to manage the U disk effectively. This paper will discuss these following aspects in detail： the means of preventing the target computer attacked by the U disk＇s virus and preventing computers transmit the virus to U disks, the achievement and the technologies and theories in the live monitoring to U disks. At last, it gives an example of the anti-virus and monitoring management programming which is based on VB.NET.
