摘  要:近年来太阳能电池市场发展蓬勃,其中硅薄膜电池因具良好技术特性和成本优势吸引许多设备供货商、太阳电池厂商、相关产业机构等纷纷投资。由于台湾TFT-LCD产业发展十分成熟,而在制程部分亦与薄膜太阳能产业相当类似,因此各国TFT-LCD原厂商皆努力角逐此市场。研究透过文献的搜集整理,了解台湾这两项产业的发展现况及特性并观察TFT-LCD产业动态发展过程,找出特性的异同及其间关联性,最后归纳薄膜太阳能产业目前所面临的问题并研拟具体建议。.The solar cell market has grown up a lot in the recent years, especially A -Si solar cell with good technical characteristics and cost advantages, including low production costs, less dependenee on the silicon materials, more applications, fewer producing processes and easy to manage in producing process. Therefore, many equipment suppliers, solar cell companies, and other relative business would like to invest heavily in this market. As a result of the maturity in Taiwan TFT - LCD industry development and the similar producing processes between thin - film solar cell and TFT - LCD, the original TFT- LCD firms in different countries are working into this market. The firms expect to get the sustainable competitive advantage in the market through M&A, hunting for the talent and improving the developmet ability in product, process, and production equipment. These new entrants bring a new prospection, but strengthen the risk and competition in the industry at the same time. The purpose of this thesis is to know the status and characteristics in the thin - film solar cell industry and TFT- LCD industry in Taiwan and to observe dynamic development from TFT - LCD industry. In comparison with the difference between the two industries, trying to find out the relativities, the paper generalizes the current problems of solar cell industry and proposes speeific suggestions for the firms and government regulators.
