摘　　要：产业科技合作对于加快产业转型升级具有积极的促进作用。在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的背景下,广东产业转型升级已成为粤港澳产业科技合作的客观要求,而粤港澳产业科技合作则从多方面为广东产业转型升级提供了现实基础。在基于粤港澳产业科技合作的广东产业转型升级中,不同城市或区域根据自身的经济技术条件,可采用和实施不同层次的创新模式,实现各自的创新功能定位。Industrial, scientific and technological cooperation has a positive promoting effect in accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading. Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the industrial transformation and upgrading in Guangdong province has been the objective requirement of industrial, scientific and technological cooperation in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and the latter has provided the realistic foundation to the former in many aspects. In its transformation and upgrading procedures, different cities and regions can adopt and carry out different innovation models according to their respective economic and technical conditions, trying to realize various innovation function orientation.
