基于供需调查的长三角科技合作分析与对策建议

摘　　要：通过面向长三角地区各类创新主体的问卷调查,利用统计软件对区域内创新主体相互间科技合作需求等方面进行了分析,得出了六个结论:长三角区域内科技合作比较活跃;高校是科技合作的主要对象;长三角区域内科技合作占据了区域内单位对外合作的主要位置;资金缺乏、研究成果与现实需求的脱节、合作双方信息不畅仍是当前长三角区域内科技合作面临的主要问题;区域内科技合作主要障碍在民间交流与政府合作脱节以及人才流动障碍这两个环节上;在合理配置相关资源的基础上,长三角区域内科技合作供需能够得到基本满足。最后,针对目前长三角区域合作中出现的问题,提出了促进长三角区域科技合作的建议。By means of the analysis on the demands of the cooperation in science and technology among innovative units, the paper has made 6 conclusions by questionnaires for innovative units in the Yangtse Delta： The cooperation is quite active, The main body is the university, The cooperation is made mainly inside the Delta, The main problems exist in the short of money, the separation of the research results from the real demands and the block of the information between beth cooperative parties, The main bankrupts lie in the separation of the folk from the government communications and the flow of the skilled people, The demand and supply of the cooperation in the Delta can be met.
