摘　　要：创新管理需要创新,引入Meme学说是举措之一。Meme是一个表达文化传播的单位,一个可以不断复制的单位。传统的创新管理强调细节、强调管理制造创新,而Meme的观点不同,强调"喜悦"、强调"末世英雄"的复制和扩散。"创新Meme"由"好奇Meme"、"情绪Meme"、"英雄Meme"和"末世Meme"所组合,它是创新活动的文化土壤。模拟说明,创新Meme携带者曲线呈现S型成长模式,由少而多最终饱和,潜在的敏感人群曲线呈现倒S型发展,由多而少最终衰减到零。创新Meme在单位时间的传播速度呈现钟型曲线;规模越大,创新Meme的传播速度越小;创新Meme的传播速度峰值越大波峰到来的时间越晚。The main purpose of this study is to fuel the discussion on Innovation Management from different perspectives. A new memetic understanding to Innovation promotes a new way to evaluate the process of innovation diffusion. Innovation is claimed to be a Mnemone with the emotion racine, glory meme and crisis meme. This study developed a model that helps topredict the diffusion of Meme Carrier. It combines the structured approach of System Dynamics with Memefics for parametrization of the model .
