摘　　要：党内民主运行机制是指党内民主制度体系中各要素的有机联系、相互影响及党内权力的配置及其运行过程。以动态的运行机制的视角研究党内民主,较为系统地从实质、载体和动力三个方面解析了党内民主运行机制的内涵。The inner-party democracy mechanisms are the internal links among the elements of inner-party democratic systems which can affect each other. It will investigate inner-party democracy from the perspective of dynamic operational mechanism. The connotation of inner-party democracy mechanisms will be analyzed from three aspects：essence carrier and motive.
