摘  要:针对电池供电手榴弹电子引信电池贮存性能差,在使用期内需两次更换电池问题,提出了采用磁电发电机的手榴弹电子触发引信。该引信对磁电发电机进行小型化设计,实现结构兼容;提高磁电发电机发电能量,降低控制电路功耗,实现磁电发电机、电路和火工品能量匹配;改进泄漏电路,对电发火能量彻底耗散。验证试验表明:继承了电池供电手榴弹电子引信多功能、全保险型和机电一体化失手保险成熟技术,解决了电池不能长贮和更换电池不便问题,提高了手榴弹电子引信的贮存性能和实用价值。The battery used in the hand grenade electronic fuze has to be replaced twice in its service life due to its poor storage performance. To resolve this problem, magnetodectric generator is put forward in this paper. Miniaturization design for magnetoelectric generator is carried out to realize structure compatibility and the compatibility among the magnetoelectric generator, the circuit and the explosive initiator energy is realized by increasing generation electricity energy of magnetoelectric generator and decreasing control circuit power. Electronic firing energy is dissipation by improving leakage circuit when the fuze is dud. Verification test indicates that the mature technologies have been inherited such as multi-function, full safety and electromechanical device in safety at the condition of accident throw of hand grenade dectronic fuze with battery, the inconvenience caused by battery has been resolved, and storage performance and utility value of hand grenade electronic fuze have been improved.
