基于ANSYS的刮板输送机中部槽参数化设计研究

摘　　要：在Visual Basic集成开发环境中开发中部槽的应用系统界面,利用ANSYS的APDL语言编写中部槽的参数化有限元分析命令文件。通过应用系统与命令文件之间的数据交换,实现刮板输送机中部槽的参数化设计与分析。通过实例进行验证,结果表明:运用参数化方法简便快捷,为有限元计算提供了很大的方便。The interface of application system for the scraper conveyor＇s linepan is developed in the Visual Basic Integrated Development Environment. The finite element analysis command files of the linepan are compiled by APDL language of ANSYS software. Through the datum exchange between application system and the command file,the parameterization design and analysis of the scraper conveyor＇s linepan are realized. The easiness and quickness of design and analysis by parameterization are verified by a practical example.
