摘 要:随着石油工业的发展,石油开采量急剧增加,采油污水外排量也越来越多.采油污水对环境的压力研究不足,对采油污水遗传毒性的研究报道甚少.本研究利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术监测采油污水遗传毒性,结果显示,不同采集点水样均能引起蚕豆根尖细胞微核,且随着浓度的增高微核率增大.测定各浓度水样的蚕豆根尖细胞微核千分率评价污水的污染程度,表明采油污水具有遗传毒性,应对其进行无害化处理,防止污染环境.With the development of the petroleum industry,petroleum exploitation significantly increased which led to the accordingly increasing of oilfield wastewater.To date,the study on environmental pressure of oilfield wastewater is rare,and the research of its genetic toxicity is still in the early stage of its development.In this study,the genetic toxicity of oilfield wastewater was monitored with the micronucleus test technique of Vicia faba root tip cell.The results showed that the micronucleus of Vicia faba root tip cell could be induced by oilfield wastewater from various sampling points.Futhermore the micronucleus rates increased with growing of the sample concentration.Sewage strength was evaluated by the MCN of the samples at different concentration.The data indicated that oilfield wastewater was obviously genetic toxic.So necessary harmless treatment should be done to prevent environment pollution.
