摘　　要：目的:研究3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠对心房自律性及收缩性的影响。方法:采用豚鼠离体右心房测定3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠对其自律性、收缩幅度、收缩速度、舒张速度的影响。结果:3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠可降低豚鼠离体右心房的自律性,明显降低豚鼠离体右心房的收缩幅度、收缩速度、舒张速度。结论:3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠可抑制豚鼠离体右心房的自律性,明显降低豚鼠离体右心房的收缩幅度、收缩速度、舒张速度,且具有明显的剂量依赖性。Objective：To investigate the effect on autorhythmieity and contraction oir isolated right atrium of guinea pig with 3＇-daidzein sulfonate sodium （DSS）, and its mechanism was explored. Methods ：After treated with DSS,the isolated right atriums were investigated that including autorhythmicity,contraction scale,contraction velocity and relaxation speed. Results：The autorhythmieity of the isolated right atriums were inhibited after treated with DSS. Moreover, their contraction scale,contraction velocity and relaxation speed were significantly reduced. Conclusion：DSS can inhibit autorhythmicity of the isolated right atrium,and significantly reduce their contraction scale, contraction velocity and relaxation speed as a manner of dose-dependent.
