摘　　要：大学生行为管理是高校管理工作的重点与难点。精细化理念的引入是当下大学生行为多变性、随意性与突发性的必然要求,精细化理念强调"精"与"细",在以人为本的管理模式中融汇了科技与人文。大学生行为管理精细化模式体现了新时期管理模式的深化与发展,为现代大学教育理念成功实现提供了可以选择的路径。The behavior management of students is the key point and difficulty of college supervisory work,the introduction of refined management idea is the inevitable result of the changing,capricious and the abrupt behavior of college student.It emphasized the＂fineness＂and the＂carefulness＂,and blended together the science and technology and the humanities in the humanist management pattern.The pattern manifests the deepening and development of management pattern in the new period,moreover,it is an alternative of successful realization of modern college education idea.
