摘  要:[目的]观察利多卡因和地塞米松局部封闭配合50%硫酸镁外敷治疗氟尿嘧啶浅静脉化疗渗漏的效果。[方法]将152例氟尿嘧啶化疗渗漏的肿瘤病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组76例,对照组采取50%硫酸镁外敷,观察组采用利多卡因、地塞米松局部封闭+50%硫酸镁外敷治疗,观察并比较两组病人的治疗效果。[结果]观察组总有效率为96.05%,对照组为46.05%,观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]利多卡因和地塞米松局部封闭配合50%硫酸镁外敷治疗氟尿嘧啶浅静脉化疗渗漏优于单纯50%硫酸镁外敷。Objective: To observe the effect of local sealing with tidocaine and dexamethasone in combination with external application of 50% magnesium sulfate to treat patients with chemotherapy leakage after accepting fluorouracil superficial intravenous infusion. Methods: A total of 156 cancer patients with fluorouraeil chemotherapy leakage were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group 76 cases each. Patients in control group received external application of 50% magnesium sulfate. And patients in observation group were given local sealing with lidocaine and dexamethasone in combination with external application of 50% magnesium sulfate. The therapeutic effect of the two groups cases were observed and compared. Results:Total effective rate of observation group cases was 96. 05%, and 46.05% in control group cases. The therapeutic effect of observation group cases was significantly higher than that of control group cases (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of local sealing with lidocaine and dexamethasone in combination with external application of 50% magnesium sulfate to treat patients with chemotherapy leakage after accepting fluorouracil superficial intravenous infusion was better than simple external application of 50% magnesium sulfate.
