摘　　要：[目的]总结假性股动脉瘤病人的围术期护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析20例假性股动脉瘤病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均顺利手术,术后患肢末端的血液循环良好,均未出现患肢坏死,无严重并发症,康复效果满意。[结论]加强假性股动脉瘤病人的围术期护理是手术成功的保证。Objective： It summarized perioperative nursing intervention for patients with femoral pseudoaneurysm. Methods： Clinical data of 20 cases with femoral pseudoaneurysm were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All cases were undergone their operation successfully. And blood circulation of the affected extremity was good. None were with limb necrosis or serious complications. Rehabilitation effect of all cases was satisfactory. Conclusion： To strengthen perioperative nursing of patients with femoral pseudoaneurysm is the guarantee of successful operation.
