灯盏花素注射液治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨灯盏花素注射液治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析本院2007年2月～2009年2月收治的老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者48例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各24例,治疗组在给予常规糖尿病治疗的同时给予灯盏花素治疗,观察其疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.5%。其疗效结果、治愈及好转时间均有显著变化。血液流变学变化不明显,P>0.05。结论:灯盏花素注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果比较肯定,值得进一步推广。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of breviscapine in the treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods： Slected 48 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropath in the hospital in February 2007 to February 2009,who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,gave routine diabetes treatment,while the treatment group were given breviscapine to observe its efficacy. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%. The results of their therapeutic,healing,and improved time had changed significantly. Hemorheology did not change significantly, P〉0.05. Conclusion： The efficacy of breviscapine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is well, and is worthy of further study.
