摘  要:在Ti材高压釜中进行了催化剂的筛选和工艺条件的优化.考察催化剂种类及用量、反应温度、压力、时间等因素对反应的影响.通过催化剂的筛选,发现自制固体催化剂的活性高于采用对甲苯磺酸、β型分子筛作为催化剂的活性.采用自制固体催化剂,适宜的反应工艺条件为:反应温度130℃,催化剂用量为乙酸质量的7.5%,压力1.5MPa,反应时间6 h.在此条件下,乙酸转化率可达到85.43%,乙酸异丙酯对丙烯的选择性为98.52%.The catalysts and the optimization of process conditions were investigated in a titanium lined autoclave.Some influencing factors,such as catalysts,the dosage of catalysts,temperature,pressure,reaction time and so on were studied.From the results,it was found that the catalytic activity of self-made solid catalyst was higher than the other two catalysts of p-toluenesulfonic acid and β-zeolite.The optimum reaction conditions for the self-made solid catalyst were shown as follows:reaction temperature 130℃,the catalyst amount of 7.5% of acetic acid,pressure 1.5MPa,and reaction time 6h.Under these conditions,the conversion of the acetic acid and the selectivity of the isopropyl acetate reached 85.43% and 98.52%.
