摘　　要：高速回转旋盖机是一体化自动灌装线中的关键设备之一,旋盖机旋盖头在一个工作循环中利用空间凸轮来自动完成取盖、旋盖、退瓶、顶残盖等动作,凸轮槽精度要求很高。本文简单介绍了四轴加工这种圆周凸轮的补偿算法和各种类型机床的后置处理方法,并在UG环境下二次开发了凸轮专用编程模块,方便、高效地实现了旋盖凸轮的加工,大大降低了企业的加工成本。High speed rotary capper is mainly used in an integrated automatic filing line. And the cam is used to take cove, capping , back bottles and spatial top up the rudimental cover in a working cycle of the capping head. So a very high precision cam groove is needed. The compensation algorithm of the circular cam on the four-axis machine and the post-processing methods on all kinds of the mac tools are described briefly in this paper. In addition, the special programming module of the cam is developed under the UG environment. Programming and machining of the capping cam is achieved conveniently and efficiently. The processing cost of the enterprise is also reduced greatlv.
