摘 要:为研究双级空气源热泵热水器运行参数对其性能的影响,缩短机组的开发周期,采用稳态仿真的方法对双级压缩热泵系统进行仿真模拟,建立各部件模型,并对中间冷却器建立模型,采用R134 a制冷剂,低压和高压级压缩机为活塞式压缩机,活塞排量分别为32.7和18.3 cm3,蒸发器选择一般的翅片管式换热器.结果表明:系统性能系数(COP)随冷凝压力和中间压力的增大而减小,随蒸发温度增大而增大;系统耗功则随中间压力增大而增大.通过建立试验台,收集试验数据与仿真结果进行比较,仿真结果能良好地反映系统运行中的参数变化,其误差范围在10%以内.To study the impact of operating parameters of two-stage air-source heat pump water heater on its performance and shorten the development cycle unit,a system model of the two-stage compression heat pump water heater was built by the steady-state simulation method,and the model of middle chiller was also built.Using R134a refrigerant,32.7cm3 the for the low pressure stage and 18.3cm3 for the high pressure stage output volumes piston compressor,and finned tube heat exchanger as the evaporator.System COP decreased with the increase of condensation pressure and intermediate pressure,and increased with the evaporation temperature increase.The system power consumption increased with the increase of intermediate pressure.By building the test platform,collecting test data were compared with the simulation results.The simulation result reflected the parameter variation of system operation well and its error range was less than 10%.
