眼球萎缩患者行眼内容物剜除联合多孔聚乙烯义眼座植入术的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨眼球萎缩患者行眼内容物剜除联合多孔聚乙烯义眼座植入术的护理方法。方法对32例（32眼）行眼内容物剜除联合多孔聚乙烯义眼座植入术的眼球萎缩患者进行详尽正确的健康教育和科学有效的围手术期护理。结果32例患者均未出现心理应激反应。术后随访6~24个月,32例眼窝饱满无塌陷,装入义眼片后活动度良好。结论眼内容物剜除联合多孔聚乙烯义眼座植入术后外观逼真,而其围手术期科学有效的护理措施是达到预期手术目标的重要保证。Objective To explore effective nursing measures of patients with atrophia bulbi that received evisceration and porous polyethylene orbital implant.Methods Detailed proper health education and scientific and scientific and effective measures for perioperative nursing of 32 patients with atrophia bulbi that received evisceration and porous polyethylene orbital implant in our department.Results Thirty-two patients had not presented preoperative mental stress reaction.The follow-up period was 6～24 months and 32 patients had full eye sockets and the orbital moved well after operations.All of them had good eye moving.Conclusion Evisceration and porous polyethylene orbital implant for the treatment of atrophia bulbi is eutherapeutic that could bring satisfactory appearances to the patients.Meanwhile effective preoperative and postoperative nursing measures are significant to achieve the purpose of the operation.
