疏血通治疗不稳定型心绞痛随机对照试验的系统评价

摘　　要：目的系统评价疏血通治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效和安全性,为临床实践提供循证医学证据。方法计算机检索国内外公开发表的以疏血通为干预措施治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验,纳入试验的质量用Jadad计分表评价,对纳入试验的疗效作Meta分析。结果 13篇文献中共1 479例不稳定型心绞痛患者符合纳入标准。Meta分析结果显示,疏血通能显著缓解不稳定型心绞痛症状,改善血流动力学指标,疗效明显优于对照组。结论疏血通治疗不稳定型心绞痛有较好疗效,且药物安全性高,但由于试验方法学质量不高,还有待于设计严格的多中心、大样本随机对照试验来进一步证实。Objective It is to system evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Shuxuetong in treating unstable angina pectoris（UAP）,and offer scientific clinic evidence for the practice of EBM.Methods Computer-based online search the randomized controlled trails about treatment of UAP with Shuxuetong.Jadad scale was used to assess the methodological quality of the inclusive trials,and the data were analyzed with method of Meta Analysis.Results 13 studies with a total of 1 479 patients with UAP were identified.Meta Analysis indicated that compared with the control group,Shuxuetong could significantly release UAP attack.Conclusion Shuxuetong shows better therapeutic effect in treating UAP,and with 1ess adverse reaction and good tolerance.However the trials collecting is poor-quality,more rationally designed and strictly executed randomized trials with large samples are necessary.
