我国退役待安置运动员问题现状及形成原因分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查了解我国退役待安置运动员的基本情况,对退役运动员安置难的原因进行了分析,结果显示:待安置运动员数量大、比例高、待安置年限比较长,政治和文化教育工作滞后,职业技能培训和生存状况不理想,保险意识薄弱,获赔付难度大;民族和性别比例、竞技项目、成绩资本、行政和经济区域安置差异大。Inquireing irresettlement condition of retired player by questionnaires, Using statistics way to deal with statistics data, and analyzing the resettlement difficulty of resean of retired player deeply, aiming to find out basic character of retired and irresetfled players, offering reference for resettle them well. Conclusion shows ： large numbe and high proportion of retired and irresettled players, long fixed number of years of irresettlement, Lag in the political and cultural education, vocational skills training and living conditions is awful, insurance awareness is weak and is difficult to be paid. Ethnic and gender balance, different competitive events, different capital results, different administrative and economic region and shows huge difference, and traditional training system, injuries, security system,careers and the concept of market economy are the main reason which affect resettlement difficulty of retired and irresettled players.
