摘 要:目的:阐明42.2GHz毫米波对胚胎产生损伤效应阈值及导致成年子鼠学习记忆功能降低的机制,验证毫米波的生物效应有无频率特异性。方法:采用频率42.2GHz、功率密度1,3,5,8mW/cm2的毫米波,在小鼠怀孕6~15天进行2h/d辐射,用Y型电迷宫对成年子鼠进行学习记忆功能测试,分别用RBA、HPLC-ECD、RIA法对足孕胚胎和成年子鼠脑M-R、单胺递质和AVP进行测定。结果:≥5mW/cm2的毫米波导致成年子鼠学习记忆功能明显降低,成年子鼠垂体中AVP含量明显降低,成年子鼠海马区Bmax明显升高,成年子鼠脑中DOPAC、DA含量及足孕胚胎脑中DA含量明显降低,以上指标与功率密度及学习记忆成绩呈明显相关。结论:42.2GHz毫米波辐射导致胚胎损伤的阈值在3~5mW/cm2,导致成年子鼠学习记忆功能降低与使子鼠脑中AVP、DA含量下降及海马区胆碱能神经活性降低相关,未见毫米波频率特异性效应。Objective:To determine the threshold of fetuses damaged by millimeter wave irradiation with 42.2GHz, to clarify the mechanism of lowering learning capacity and memory of offsprings of adult mice and to verify whether the millimeter wave has the effect of frequency-specific.Methods:Two-month old BALB/c mice were separately irradiated with 42.2GHz millimeter wave at power density of 1,3,5,8mW/cm 2 for 2h/per day from the 6th to 15th day of gestation.The learning capacity and memory of adult offsprings was determined on Y-type electric maze.The content of M-R,monoamine transmitter and AVP in brain of fetuses at term,adult offsprings was measured by RBA,HPLC-ECD and RIA method respectively.Results:It showed that using millimeter wave irradiation at ≥5mW/cm 2 ,the learning capacity and memory,the AVP,DOPAC and DA in brain of adult offsprings or fetuses at term were obviously lowered,but the quantity of M-R in adult offsprings was markedly increased. There was a significant correlationship among the above parameters,power density and learning capacity and memory.Conclusion:It is showed that the 42.2GHz millimeter wave irradiation at 3- 5mW/cm 2 may result in the threshold of fetus damage.The mechanism of lowering the learning capacity and memory of the adult offsprings is closely related to decrease of AVP,DA and reduction of function of cholinergic nerves in brain.There isn't the effect of frequency-specific.
