田径后备人才培养目标“金牌扩大化”的隐患与变革

摘　　要：目标的定位与设置,是人才培养的方向与标尺。通过对全国15所重点田径后备人才培训基地及88所高校高水平运动队、田径基地教员和主管领导进行问卷调查、访谈,并查阅40多篇相关文献资料,在同行专家研究的基础上,进一步对田径后备人才培养目标、竞赛目标、教练员的考核评价标准进行研究,为我国田径后备人才健康持续发展提供理论支撑。The direction or standard of talent resource development is the positioning and setting goals. The research focused on 15 national chief track and field reserve training base and 88 high-level college sports teams, teachers and leaders in the track and field base by conducting a questionnaire survey and making interviews. Furthermore, we have looked up more than 40 document literature. Based on the experts who are in the same filed analyzed, we make a detailed research and reform on the training goals of track and field reserve-talented persons ,the competitions objective, and the coach＇s examination criteria. We have to do in order to provide a theoretical and practical basis support for the sustainable development of our track and field reserve - talented athletics.
