摘 要:针对和顺煤层气区块的地质特点及远端水平连通井的施工难点,结合和平1井组的钻井方案,介绍了煤层气远端水平连通井的井眼轨道及井身结构优化设计、利用地质导向进行轨迹控制、采用强磁连通仪实现井眼远端连通、在清水中加入氯化钾对储层和井壁进行有效保护,以及优选水平井裸眼完井+排采井套管完井方式和双凝-双密度水泥浆体系等关键技术。实践表明,这一系列技术能够保障远端水平连通井的顺利实施,形成了较为成熟的煤层气水平连通井钻井工艺模式,并取得了良好的应用效果。Considering the geological characteristics of Heshun blocks and drilling difficulties arising from remote-end horizontal Communication well along with drilling program of Heping1 well group,the following techniques were used,including optimization of the well trajectory and casing schematics of CBM remote-end horizontal connected well,using geosteering to control well trajectory,using magnetic connection instrument to achieve well remote connection,adding potassium chloride into water to effectively protect the reservoir and the wellbore,optimizing horizontal wells open hole completion and optimizing dewatering wells casing completion,using double-condensate and double-density mud system.Field applications show that this suite of key technologies ensures smooth application of remote horizontal connected wells,and a set of mature drilling procedure for CBM horizontal connected was developed and good application results were obtained.
