摘 要:随着勘探开发的深入,对井下动力钻具的性能要求越来越高,而目前广泛应用的螺杆钻具和涡轮钻具都有一定的缺陷,无法更好地满足勘探开发的需求。为此,研制了一种原理与螺杆钻具和涡轮钻具有明显差异的流道式井下动力装置。该装置将高压水能转化为机械能,采用特定的结构,使高压钻井液流入该装置内部流道后,流速保持不变,通过改变流动方向使其获得最大的能量。系统介绍了该装置的原理、结构特征。通过对比分析发现,与涡轮钻具和螺杆钻具相比,该装置能充分利用钻井液能量,具有结构简单、全金属元件、转速与扭矩无关、可以根据需要调整、扭矩大而稳定的特点,适用于高温高压深井、定向井、水平井及欠平衡钻井。With the development of exploration and production,the requirements to mud motor performance are higher and higher.The commonly used positive displacement and turbo driven mud motors can not meet the requirements of exploration and production due to their own defects.A new conduit-drill motor which is different with turbo-drill and screw-drill was developed.This new conduit-drill motor converts high-pressure water power into mechanical energy.Using a special structure,it can remain flow velocity unchanged and obtain energy by changing flow direction.This paper details the motor's principle and structure.Though analysis it finds that compared with turbine drill and screw drill,this tool can use fluid energy completely.This device has characteristics of simple structure,metal parts,no relationship between rotation speed and torque,high and stable torque.It can be applied in deep well in high pressure and high temperature,directional well,horizontal well and underbalanced well.
