摘  要:国内外主要的机械采油方式(达80%以上)是有杆抽油系统,且以游梁式居多,随着油田开发进入中后期,在深井举升系统中,抽油杆的偏磨、断脱等事故明显增加,能耗大、效率低的矛盾日益突出。介绍了一种高效、节能的举升技术——直线潜油电泵举升技术,这是一种无杆采油技术,实现了直接传动,具有能耗低、泵效高,以及较强的防卡、防气能力,且自动化程度高的特点。详细介绍了该技术的主要性能参数和特点,并与电潜离心泵、电潜螺杆泵等配套举升技术的主要技术指标和适应性进行了对比,分析了其适用条件。该技术在胜利油田垦东12区块进行了规模化试验,结果表明,相同条件下泵效提高20%以上,单井耗电量下降幅度达40%,取得了明显的节能效果。More than 80% of mechanical recovery is conducted by sucker rod pumping equipment,especially beam pump.With the development of reservoir,accidents,such as rod worn and broken of,increased significantly.Higher energy consumption and lower efficiency were prominent.A new high efficiency and energy saving technique,linear submersible motor matching lifting technology,was introduced.It realized direct drive and has the advantages of high degree automation,low energy consumption and high pump efficiency,stronger anti-sticking and anti-air capabilities etc.Main performance parameters and characteristic of this technology were introduced.Main technique indexes were compared with electric submersible pump and electric submersible screw pump.The application requirements were analyzed.Field experiments were conducted in Kendong block 12 of Shengli Oilfield.Pump efficiency was increased by 20%,electric consumption in individual well was reduced by 40%.
