摘 要:以来自中国农业大学的15份高油玉米自交系为被测系,黑龙江省6个常用骨干自交系为测验种,采用NCII遗传设计,系统地比较分析了15个高油玉米自交系的籽粒油分含量配合力。结果表明:高油玉米自交系籽粒油分含量的一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)方差均存在极显著差异。高油玉米自交系GY246、GY923、GY994、BY843、GY798油分含量的GCA较高。Mo17×GY923、444×BY807、81162×GY220、444×GY220和434×BY807组合油分含量较高。The North Carolina Ⅱmating design was used to evaluate the combining ability on oil content,in which 15 high oil maize inbred lines from China Agricultural University were tested using 6 local normal maize inbred lines as the common testers.The result indicated that GCA of the two kinds of parents and their SCA for oil content were significantly different.The inbred lines of GY246,GY923,GY994,BY843 and GY798 had higher general combiner ability in oil content.The crosses Mo17 GY923,444 BY807,81162 GY220,444 GY220 and 434 BY807 for oil content were higher than others.
