摘　　要：转动机械作静平衡和动平衡效验，是火力发电厂转机检修的必备知识。一种静平衡效验的有效方法——秒表法，归纳了动平衡效验的要点。The test of the static balance and the dynamic balance in the rotating machine is a essential knowledge to the rotating machine maintenance in thermal power plants. The paper presents an effective method of the static balance test the stopwatch method and concludes the main point of the dynamic balance test.
