针刺治疗烧伤创面奇痒病人的临床观察

摘　　要：对３０例烧伤创面奇痒病人采用穴位针刺治疗，结果１１例治愈，１８例显效，与对照组（外涂药物）比较差异显著（χ２＝４８．９４，Ｐ＜０．００１），且止痒持续时间长。提示对烧伤创面奇痒的病人可采用针刺止痒。Thirty cases of burnt patients with wound surface severe itching were treated by points acupuncture.Results showed that 11 cases of them were cured,18 cases of them were improved remarkably.Compared with those patients applied external medicine,there was significant difference(P<0.001).Moreover,acupuncture to treat itching may get longer antipruritic time.The results denote that patients with burnt surface severe itching may accept acupuncture treatment.
