尼达尔用于脑血管病病人记忆减退的疗效观察

摘　　要：将６０例合并记忆减退的脑血管病病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各３０例。治疗组采用尼达尔治疗，对照组采用脑复康治疗，结果３个月后，治疗组病人记忆商上升１６分±９分，对照组上升８分±７分，经ｔ检验，有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明尼达尔在改善脑血管病病人记忆减退症方面优于脑复康。用药期间未发现有明显的不良反应。Sixty patients with cerebrovascular disease complicated by hypomnesia were selected and divided randomly into curative group(treatment with nimodipine)and control group (treatment with piracetom).Results noted that the memory quotient heightened 16±9 points in the former and 8±7 points in the latter,and there was significant difference between the two groups by t test,indicating nimodipine is better than piracetom for improving the hypomnesia.No obvious adverse effect appeared during the treatment.
