尿路清合剂体外抗奈瑟淋球菌作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:评价中药复方制剂尿路清在体外抗奈瑟淋球菌的作用。方法:分别采用对淋球菌的体外抑制试验、抑菌时间观察试验、抑菌环试验,分别检测尿路清、八正散和壮观霉素的抗淋球菌作用。结果:对尿路清、八正散和壮观霉素进行比较,对淋球菌的体外抑制试验:尿路清作用最强,体外对产青霉素酶的奈瑟淋球菌(PPNG)和非产青霉素酶的奈瑟淋球菌(NPPNG)均有明显抑制作用。给药浓度为1∶512(160mg/L)～1∶1024(820mg/L)时可抑制淋球菌生长;抑菌时间观察试验:尿路清高浓度能快速杀灭淋球菌,当浓度为7.81mg/mL时,30min可以对淋球菌有杀灭作用;当浓度为15.63mg/mL时,20min能杀灭淋球菌;浓度为31.25mg/mL时,10min即能杀灭淋球菌,而当浓度升为62.5mg/mL时,5min内即可杀灭淋球菌。抑菌环试验:尿路清对淋球菌的平均抑菌环为15～21mm,敏感菌株占63.63%,八正散平均抑菌环12～15mm,敏感菌株占54.55%。壮观霉素平均抑菌环为16～19mm,敏感菌株占72.72%。结论:尿路清有确切的体外抗淋球菌作用。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Niao-lu-qing, a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, on Neisseria gonorrhoeae in vitro. Method： By inhibition test in vitro against Neisseria gonorrhoeae, observing bacteriostasis time test, and the inhibition zone test, the effect of anti-Neisseria-gonorrhoeae was detected in Niao-lu-qing, Eight-Zheng Powder and spectinomycin. Result： Niao-lu-qing, Eight-Zheng Powder and speeti- nomycin were compared one another. In inhibition test in vitro against Neisseria gonorrhoeae, the effect of Niao-lu- qing was the strongest. It showed remarkable inhibitory actions on Neisseria gonorrhoeae producing penieillinase （PPNG） and producing non-penicillinase （NPPNG） in vitro. The administration concentration was within 1：512 （ 160 mg/L） and 1：1024 （820 mg/L） in which it could inhibit the growth of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. In bacterio- stasis time test, Niao-lu-qing in high dose could quickly kill gonon＇hoeae. When the concentration was in 7.81 mg/ml, Neisseria gonorrhoeae could be killed after 30 rain. When the concentration was in 15.63 mg/ml, Neisseria gonorrhoeae could be killed after 20 rain. When the concentration was in 31.25 mg/ml, Neisseria gonor- rhoeae could be killed after 10 rain. When the concentration was in 62.5 mg/ml, Neisseria gonorrhoeae could be killed after 5min. In the inhibition zone test, the average inhibition zone of Niao-lu-qing against Neisseria gonor- rhoeae was within 15 to 21 mm, and the sensitive strain was 63.63%. The average inhibition zone of Eight-Zheng Powder was within 12 to 15 mm, and the sensitive strain was 54.55%. The average inhibition zone of Spectinomycin was within 16 to 19 mm, and the sensitive strain was 72.72%. Conclusion： Niao-lu-qing has good and relia- ble effect on anti-Neisseria gonorrhoeae in vitro.
