固本安胎方对小鼠抗心磷脂抗体的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察固本安胎方对环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠抗心磷脂抗体产生的影响。方法:通过建立环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠体内产生ACA的模型,观察中药固本安胎方对ACA的影响。结果:环磷酰胺能诱导小鼠体内产生ACA,固本安胎方对环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠ACA有明显的降低作用,并且随着使用剂量的加大,小鼠体内ACA降低效果更明显。结论:固本安胎方可有效有降低ACA的水平,有利于增强机体免疫功能和有助于胚胎的正常发育。Objective： To observe the influence of Formula for Supporting the Energy to Prevent Miscarriage on the production of anticardiolipin antibody （ACA） in mouse induced by cyclophosphamide. Method ： Make up the models of mice which produced ACA incuded by cyclophosphamide. Give Formula for Supporting the Energy to Prevent Miscarriage to the models. Observe the effect on them. Result： Cyclophosphamide could induce the mice to produce ACA. Formula for Supporting the Energy to Prevent Miscarriage had remarkable efficacy of reducing ACA. And with the dosage increasing more, the efficacy was more remarkable. Conclusion： Formula for Supporting the Energy to Prevent Miscarriage can degrade ACA effectively, which is beneficial to reinforce immune func- tion so as to help embryo to development normally.
