塑料阀体的注塑模设计

摘　　要：根据塑料阀体的精度和外观质量要求,通过分析其结构设计出了一套注塑模具。其中,型芯采用组合式型芯结构,侧向分型机构采用带有燕尾槽的侧滑块,不但降低了设计难度,并且有利于模具的装配与维修,达到了很好的效果。塑料阀体凸台部分采用了组合型腔结构。According to the demand of the appearance of the precision and the plastic valve,the structure of the product was analyzed,and the injection mould was designed.Combination type core was taken,the side action with dovetail groove was used to the undercut.The method not only reduced design difficulty but also help mold assemble and maintenance.Combination type cavity was applied to the convex surface of the product.
