摘　　要：阐述了热塑性弹性体材料的使用和成型特性,分析了微型电脑套制件的结构工艺特点及要求,介绍了其注射模具的设计制造要点,并对其注射成型工艺进行了概述,对热塑性弹性体制件的开发应用具有一定的借鉴作用。The application and moulding characteristic of thermoplastic elastomer,the structural feature and technological requirements of the micro-computer box were analyzed.The design and manufacture technique of its injection mould were introduced,and its critical injection moulding process points were summarized,and this could be referenced by the development and application of thermoplastic elastomer parts.
